We do not hold a certificate of public convenience or necessity from civil aviation authorities (such as the FAA or CAA).

2. Flight Operations

All charter flights and empty-leg bookings introduced through our platform are arranged, broker-facilitated, and executed by certified air carriers complying with FAA Part 135, EASA, or equivalent civil aviation authority safety regulations. Jetloria coordinates ground logistics and passenger manifest details as an advisory concierge.

3. Accuracy of Data

Flight listings, aircraft details, available seats, pricing parameters, and route timings on our empty leg marketplace are extracted from real-time database feeds provided by third parties. While we make every effort to display accurate parameters, we do not warrant the absolute completeness, accuracy, or timing of feed data. Final flight availability, schedules, and costs are subject to operator confirmations.

4. Affiliate Compensation
