Jetloria acts as the Data Controller for personal data gathered via alerts and contact inquiry panels. If you are redirected and execute a booking, the third-party broker acts as an independent Data Controller for flight manifest documentation.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

Consent: You explicitly authorize Jetloria to broadcast empty-leg notification alerts to your WhatsApp or inbox.
Contractual Necessity: To process and match routing parameters to coordinate concierge inquiries.

3. Data Subject Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, portability, or erasure of your personal records. To file a data deletion request, email our compliance officer at gdpr@jetloria.com. All local storage indicators and alert rosters will be cleared within 30 days.
