Jetloria does not collect direct payments for chartered flights or empty leg bookings. Your financial contracts, payments, and deposits are handled entirely by the booking broker (e.g., Villiers Jet Charter) or the designated air carrier executing the flight operation.

2. Cancellation Terms

All cancellations, scheduling delays, and refund requests are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions outlined in the charter contract you execute with the direct provider. Private aviation flights—specifically empty legs—frequently carry non-refundable cancellation terms due to the nature of positioning legs.

3. Liability Limit

Jetloria carries no responsibility or liability for refund approvals, payment disputes, or carrier defaults. We advise all travelers to review operator cancellation clauses prior to executing flight agreements.
